A single family residence in need of new paint. I suggested adding trim to bring the large facade into scale with neighboring homes. Paint has been completed--still to come, new lighting, house numbers, mailbox slot.
NEW PAINTBEFORE
A single family home--the clients wanted to move in quickly so they didn't want to do any major structural work. Upgrades included new paint, new glass garage doors, and new lighting. New fence and gate at the top of the stairs, new front door, and new landscaping are still be completed.

Beginning a new career as a consultant and working from home, Mary needed an updated office space. We decided to use this room behind the garage with a view into the garden.
Mary's signature colors--black, white and red became the theme. Paint and new lighting brightened the space. We reused her cherry desk and file cabinets and added additional countertops to create a second desk and more work space. Pegboards hold jewelry and belt samples.
Create a functional and efficient kitchen using these space-saving storage elements.
A pullout pantry provides access from both sides.
A step stool is stored in the pantry toekick.
Pullout trays allow access to the back of shelves.
Garbage pullouts are located near the sink with multiple bins for recycling and compost.
I love the organic shape and charcoal glaze of these ceramic planters at I found at Ikea Emeryville. They would look great filled with succulents and they come in four sizes.
